Hiring a wedding planner has many advantages, not only do we take the pressure away from you and keep you within your budget, but we will also be with you on your day to help settle any pre-wedding nerves.
Making that initial enquiry can be quite overwhelming for some couples, with so many wedding planners and wedding venues to choose from.
It is important to remember that when choosing your wedding planner, make sure you feel comfortable with them. You will be working together for several months planning the biggest day of your life.
Your wedding planner will listen to your visions and will recommend venues that she feels could be the right venue for you. We can then start to build your package based around your requirements and within your budget.
Your planner will discuss with you what is available in terms of choosing the best suppliers, showing you links to their work & photographs, so you can choose which supplier you feel is more suited to your style.
Once you are happy with your personalised package, we can then begin to book and confirm your wedding date.
90 days before your wedding date, your wedding planner will start to guide you through the legal process (see Legal Paperwork Guidance)
Before you arrive in Cyprus, we will send you your very own Order of The Day. This will show you what you can expect to happen and at what times, so you know exactly what is happening and when, leaving you to relax and enjoy your day.
On the day of your Registration here in Cyprus, we will collect you from your hotel and escort you to the Town Hall to submit your paperwork, so you are not alone. We will also have a final run through of your wedding day to make sure everything is in perfect order.
When your big day arrives, we will be with you every step of the way making sure your day to run flawlessly and stress free. Often with Elopement Weddings, couples are travelling alone or with their young children. As part of our 5-star service, we are happy to stand as your legal witnesses if required.
The Process.
The legal process can be a little confusing to some couples, which is why we are here to guide you through it step by step.
Your legal paperwork requirements differ depending on your country of origin. There are specific requirements in both your home country and also in Cyprus after your wedding.
Your planner will help you gather the necessary documents that you will need in order to have your civil ceremony here in Cyprus.
Once you have collected everything, we will check your documents and then send them for final approval with your local Wedding Office prior to your arrival in Cyprus, so you know that when you attend your registration appointment, your documents will all be present and correct, with no nasty surprises.
We will book your registration appointment at the Town Hall and will collect you from your accommodation and escort you both to your appointment, so you don't have to do this alone.
After your wedding ceremony, your wedding certificate will need to be legalised. This is in the form of an Apostil stamp. Your wedding planner will take your marriage licence to the local Government Office to have this legalised and will have it back with you the following day.
